To ensure your order is processed smoothly, please make sure your billing address matches the address associated with your bank card. Orders with incorrect billing information may be declined by your bank. If you see a pending charge after a declined transaction, please note that this is only an authorization attempt and will automatically fall off your account.

1. How long is processing, shipping, and handling?
• Order Processing:
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days, Monday through Friday.
Orders placed on Friday will begin processing the following business day (Monday).
• Shipping Timeframes:
• Domestic Express Shipping: 2–3 business days (based on location)
• Domestic Standard Flat Rate Shipping: 5–7 business days (based on location)
• International Shipping: 7–10 business days (based on destination)
All packages are shipped via FedEx.
Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

2. When will my tracking number start to update?
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Shipping activity may take up to 24 hours to appear after you receive the tracking email.
Please be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you do not see the email in your inbox.
