Refund policy

1. May I return my order?

Yes. Munroe Extensions offers a return policy on unopened hair extensions within seven (7) days of receiving your order. While we take pride in providing premium-quality hair and experience very low return rates, we understand that returns or exchanges may occasionally be necessary.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, hair extensions must be unopened, unworn, unused, and untampered with. Please note that Munroe Extensions is not responsible for hair that has been altered, including but not limited to custom coloring, bleaching, or dyeing performed by a stylist.

You must contact us prior to sending back any return by emailing munroeextensionsllc@gmail.com with order number during business hours and within the seven (7) day return window. Any return sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

All Munroe Extensions hair must be returned in its original packaging, with the packaging fully intact and free of damage. Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product; therefore, returns or exchanges will not be accepted if the hair seal has been broken.

2. When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, a full refund (excluding original shipping fees) will be issued to your original form of payment. To qualify, the returned hair extensions must be unopened and the Munroe Extensions security seal must remain intact.

After the refund is processed on our end, funds typically appear back on your bank card within 24–48 hours, depending on your financial institution.

3. May I make an exchange?

Yes, exchanges are accepted within seven (7) days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the Munroe Extensions hair seal must not be broken, and the hair must be in its original, unused condition.

Hair extensions must not be:

• Unwrapped

• Combed or brushed

• Run through with fingers

• Worn

• Altered in any way

If the hair shows signs of use or modification, the exchange will be denied and the item will be returned to you.

Please note that all sales are final on custom-colored hair.
